Let Us Host Thanksgiving

Join us on Thursday, November 26 for our Thanksgiving Harvest Buffet, served in the Helvetica Ballroom. Bring the whole family, and leave the cooking, the serving, plus the dishes to us. Turkey is carved to order, the table stays full all afternoon, and you get to sit down with everyone else.

$35 per adult | $15 for children ages 5 to 12
Seating times at 2:00 PM, and 4:00 PM

From the Garden

Autumn Harvest Salad
Local field greens, pomegranate, spiced pecans, shaved fennel, and crumbled goat cheese with an apple cider vinaigrette

Roasted Butternut Squash Soup
Toasted pumpkin seeds, crème fraîche, and a drizzle of sage-infused brown butter

Honey-wheat rolls
Served with sea salt butter and cranberry-orange marmalade

Herb-Roasted Turkey
Slow-roasted with fresh thyme and rosemary, served with traditional gravy and house-made cranberry relish

Comfort Sides

Brown Butter Whipped Yukon Gold Potatoes
Silky, rich, and finished with fresh chives

Sourdough and Apple Stuffing
Toasted sourdough cubes, crisp Granny Smith apples, leeks, and fresh garden herbs

Roasted Heirloom Carrots
Glazed with clover honey and toasted cumin seeds

Green Bean Amandine
Blanched haricots verts sautéed with toasted slivered almonds and lemon zest
